Secure collaboration

Share work freely, with clear limits on who sees what.

Collaboration should not mean losing track of your files. Woosool lets you share with roles, passwords and expiry dates, keeps version history, and lets you revoke access at once.

Secure collaboration

The challenge

  1. Links that live forever

A file shared once can stay reachable long after the project ends. You may not even remember who has it.

  2. Passwords sent in chat

Shared credentials end up in messages and spreadsheets because there is no better place for them.

  3. Edits you cannot undo

When several people edit at once, a wrong change can overwrite good work.

How Woosool helps

  • Sharing with limits

Share as viewer, commenter or editor with an expiry date. Links can require a password, block downloads and show a view count.

  • Review before you accept

Qalam supports suggestions and comments, and Khazna keeps up to 50 versions you can restore.

  • Share passwords, not plaintext

Shared vaults seal keys for each member, and removing someone rotates the key.

  • Private meetings when it matters

Wasla offers opt-in end-to-end encryption for media, chat and whiteboard images, with a safety code to compare.

  • Discussions that respect permissions

Lamma previews of Khazna and Qalam links follow file permissions, and admins cannot read direct messages.

  • End-to-end encrypted mail

Send end-to-end encrypted email that works with other secure email apps, in the browser or the Woosool Barid app. Messages and attachments are encrypted on your device before they are sent, and Woosool’s servers store and deliver encrypted text they cannot read.

Questions and answers

Is Lamma end-to-end encrypted?

No. Lamma attachments are encrypted at rest and admins cannot read direct messages, but Lamma is not end-to-end encrypted. For that, use an encrypted Wasla call.

What happens when I revoke a share?

Access ends immediately. Every file request goes through Khazna’s permission checks.

Can someone guess a link password?

Link passwords are stored in a scrambled form that is slow and costly to crack, and the link locks after 10 wrong attempts.
