Workspace tools that keep public data on infrastructure you can account for.

Woosool runs its own mail server and storage, self-hosts its fonts and machine-learning models, and loads no third-party trackers. It is designed to help public bodies meet their data-protection obligations while serving people in Arabic, French and English.

Government & public sector

The challenge

  1. Data leaving your control

Many tools quietly call outside services for fonts, analytics or AI. Each call is a question you must be able to answer.

  2. Serving everyone

Public services must work for people in several languages and for those using assistive technology.

  3. Proving what happened

Audits and inquiries need clear records of access and changes, kept for the right amount of time.

How Woosool helps

  • Self-contained infrastructure

Mail runs on Woosool’s own server, and fonts, spell checking and on-device models are self-hosted. No third-party scripts are loaded.

  • Encrypted at rest

Stored mail and attachments, files uploaded to Khazna and Lamma attachments are protected with strong encryption.

  • Citizen-facing forms and sites

Sual blocks spam with an automatic check in the browser instead of a third-party puzzle, and Wajha publishes multilingual pages with cookie-less analytics.

  • Built for accessibility

Apps are tested with axe, Sual includes a WCAG AA contrast checker, and Wajha runs an accessibility report on publish.

  • Sensitive meetings

Turn on end-to-end encryption in Wasla: the key lives only in the link and never reaches the server.

  • End-to-end encrypted mail

Send end-to-end encrypted email that works with other secure email apps, in the browser or the Woosool Barid app. Messages and attachments are encrypted on your device before they are sent, and Woosool’s servers store and deliver encrypted text they cannot read.

Questions and answers

Is Woosool certified for government use?

We do not claim certifications. Woosool is designed to help you meet your data-protection obligations, and we can walk you through how it handles data.

Is mail end-to-end encrypted?

Yes, when you encrypt it. Woosool Barid supports end-to-end encrypted email that works with other secure email apps, in the browser and in the Woosool Barid app (certificate-based encryption is web only for now). Your mail is delivered securely to providers that support it, and always to those that require it. Stored messages and attachments are encrypted at rest. Even with encryption, the sender, recipients, date and size of a message remain visible to mail servers.

Can staff work entirely in Arabic?

Yes. Every app is available in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, as well as in French and English.

One account. Every app. Your data.
