Woosool Tawqi · E-signatures

Send documents for signature and get back a sealed, verifiable PDF.

Woosool Tawqi collects signatures on your PDFs. Choose who signs, approves or receives a copy and in what order, place the fields, and send. Each person signs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, without a Woosool account. When everyone has finished, every document is sealed, time-stamped and sent to all with a certificate of completion.

Overview

What you can do

  • 01

Envelopes with several documents and people

Put several PDFs in one envelope, from your computer or from Khazna, and add signers, approvers, people who receive a copy and people who sign in person.

  • 02

    Signing order

People with the same step sign at the same time; the next step is invited only when the previous one has finished.

  • 03

Fields placed by drag and drop

Signature, initials, date, name, e-mail, text, checkbox, choice and dropdown fields, required or not, with validation and fields that appear only when another has a given value.

  • 04

    Identity checked before signing

Each link works for one person and once. A code by e-mail, an access code you give yourself, or the person’s Woosool account confirms who signs.

  • 05

    Sealed and time-stamped

The finished PDF carries a digital seal (PAdES) over the whole file and a time-stamp from an independent authority. Any later change shows.

  • 06

    Certificate of completion

Each signed document ends with a certificate: who signed, how they were identified, when, from which address and device, and every step in between.

  • 07

    Arabic first-class

The app, the signing page, the e-mails and the certificate work in Arabic, right to left, and Arabic text is written correctly into the PDF.

Security

Security and privacy

  1. Documents encrypted at rest

Every document and signature image is stored encrypted, with a key per account.

  2. Evidence that does not depend on trusting us

The seal, the independent time-stamp and the hash-chained audit trail let anyone check the document without access to our database.

  3. Uploads are checked first

Every PDF is scanned for viruses before it is stored.

  4. Links that cannot be reused

A signing link works once and only after the code is confirmed; a forwarded e-mail is not enough to sign in someone’s place.

Planned

Not available yet. These are on the roadmap, and we will say so here when they ship.

  • Sending one template to many people at once
  • "Send for signature" from Qalam, Jadwal and Waraq
  • Qualified electronic signatures

Questions and answers

Do the people I send to need a Woosool account?

No. They open the link from the e-mail and confirm who they are with a code sent to their address.

Is a Tawqi signature legally valid?

It is an electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation (simple electronic signature) and the US ESIGN Act and UETA, with evidence of consent, identity and integrity. Documents that require a qualified signature need a qualified service.

How can someone check a signed document?

On the public Verify page, without signing in, or in any PDF reader that shows digital signatures.

Can people sign on a phone?

Yes. The signing page works on phones: draw the signature with a finger, and the page takes you from one field to the next.
