No third-party runtime services
Mail runs on Woosool’s own server. Fonts, spell checking and background removal models are self-hosted, and no third-party scripts load.
Encryption at rest
Stored mail and attachments, files uploaded to Khazna and Lamma attachments are protected with strong encryption. Mail can be end-to-end encrypted, and Aman is zero-knowledge: its server stores only encrypted data.
Retention you set
Set data retention for the organisation in the Enterprise panel, and separate retention policies for Lamma.
Open formats, easy exit
Documents are real Office files, mail and calendars work with the apps you already use, and both accounts and organisations can be exported.
A record of access
The audit log and the organisation-wide device and session inventory show who signed in and from where.

Questions and answers
Does using Woosool make us compliant?
No tool does that on its own. Woosool is designed to help you meet your data-protection obligations; your policies and processes remain yours to define.
Are AI features sent to an outside service?
No. Smart compose in Barid and background removal in Loon run on your device with self-hosted models. Features that would need external AI services are turned off.
Can we export everything if we leave?
Yes. Admins can run an organisation export, users can export their account data, and files stay in standard formats.
