Woosool Midad is a wiki made of pages you nest, link and share. Write with blocks, keep tasks and lists in databases with table, board, list, gallery and calendar views, and edit with your team at the same time — every change merges, even offline.

Text, headings, lists, to-dos, toggles, quotes, callouts, code, tables, images, bookmarks and subpages — with a slash menu, Markdown shortcuts and drag-and-drop blocks.

Properties for text, numbers, selects, status, dates, checkboxes, links, e-mails and phones, shown as a table, board, list, gallery or calendar with filters and sorts per view.

Live co-editing
Edits merge without conflicts, you see who is on which page, and pages keep working offline until you reconnect.

Spaces for every team
A private space for your own pages and shared spaces with editor, commenter and viewer roles — invite people by e-mail or link, or open a space to your whole organisation.

Comment on a page or a block, reply, resolve, and @mention a colleague to notify them.

One search box across the titles and text of every space you belong to, with the matching passage shown.

Security
Security and privacy
- Roles checked on every change
Owner, editor, commenter or viewer — the server checks the role for every request, and people who lose access are disconnected within seconds.
- Scanned uploads
Images and files are virus-scanned, images are re-encoded, and they are only shown to people who can open the space.
- Links you control
Invite links and public page links are long random tokens that only you can see once; revoke them at any time.

Questions and answers
Can several people edit the same page at once?
Yes. Changes appear for everyone within a moment and merge instead of overwriting each other, and avatars show who is on which page.
Can I share just one page?
Yes: move it into a shared space with the people you choose, or publish a read-only web link to the page and everything under it.
What happens to deleted pages?
They go to the trash with everything under them and can be restored for 30 days; after that they are removed for good.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The interface runs right to left in Arabic, and pages can mix Arabic and other languages.
